Inter-Cultural Intelligence is a combination of the insights, competencies, attitudes and behaviors to assess intercultural situations accurately to engage effectively with the people and the world. The ICI products have evolved and been tested in almost 70 countries over 20 years and proven to be globally effective.

From consultancy experience, KWx found that cultural advisory had consistently been concerned and cannot be separated from strategic planning. They developed the ICM framework, which has been their core focus since 2000. They are committed to equip people and organizations to thrive in an interculturally complex and global world.
